Nearly 500 of the youngest members of our academic community enjoyed an event organised to celebrate Children's Day. It was colourful, highly active and, above all, cheerful. The event took place on 7 June at the sports ground of the Faculty of Pharmacy of MUG.
On behalf of the Rector of our University, the picnic was opened by Prof. Michał Żmijewski, Vice-Rector for Research at MUG. He asked the children whether they remembered when Children's Day had been. When they replied that it had been a week earlier, he said that at MUG we were extending the celebration. – I wish the children a
