Complete and submit the application for promotional items no later than one week before the planned collection date.
Limited stock availability
Our storage facilities contain a broad range of items; however, sufficient quantities are not always available. If a particular order is especially important, please contact us in advance.
Payment
Once the application has been approved, promotional items are issued free of charge. In the case of applications for larger quantities of items, each request will be considered individually.
Event report
Within seven days, the organiser is required to submit a report, including photographic documentation, from the event held under patronage.
