The right to grant patronage rests with the Rector. The granting of institutional (university) patronage is not equivalent to the granting of the personal honorary patronage of the Rector of the Medical University of Gdańsk.
A completed application for patronage should be sent to promocja@gumed.edu.pl. The application must be submitted no later than four weeks before the planned date of the event. The Promotion Unit informs the organiser whether patronage has been granted as soon as the Rector's decision has been received.
