The Equality Action Plan for 2021-2023/2024 is a public document addressed to all interested staff members. It sets out objectives and areas of activity, provides for data collection and monitoring, and commits the University to conducting training activities aligned with its strategy to promote equality among the staff of the Medical University of Gdańsk.
Gender Equality Plan
The Gender Equality Plan of the Medical University of Gdańsk sets out the following four objectives:
Objective 1. Increasing awareness of the principle of equal pay for equivalent positions.
Objective 2. Supporting the development of women's scientific careers.
Objective 3. Promoting work-life balance.
Objective 4. Advancing awareness of gender equality and cultural diversity.
